Who we are

OPERANDI is operated by Brian Kenny, Ireland (the data controller). Contact: [email protected].

What we collect, and why

Account data — your email address and a salted hash of your password (we cannot read your password). Used to operate your account. Legal basis: contract.
API usage — which endpoints your keys call, when, and which packages you download. Used for metering the free/paid allowances, billing, and abuse prevention. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest.
IP addresses — held transiently for rate-limiting and anti-abuse (instant-trial minting, download velocity limits). Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Payments — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

The website uses no analytics trackers and no advertising cookies. Traffic passes through Cloudflare (CDN/security) and payments through Stripe — our only processors.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone, ever. We do not profile you. We do not send marketing email unless you asked for it.

Retention & your rights

Account and usage data are kept while your account exists. Email us to access, correct, export, or delete your data — deletion is honoured within 30 days. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Changes

If this policy changes materially we'll note it here with a new effective date.
