OPERANDI provides machine-readable appliance operation packages (controls, procedures, safety data, executable behaviour trees) via an API, SDK, and MCP server, in early-access. Tiers and allowances (instant trial, free, Pro, Enterprise) are as published in the docs and enforced by the API.
Packages you download may be used inside your own products, robots, agents, and research. You may not bulk-extract, mirror, resell, or redistribute the catalog or substantial parts of it — corpus-scale access is a separate data licence (ask us). Rate and velocity limits exist to enforce this and are part of these terms.
Robots act on the physical world. Our packages are re-expressed from appliance documentation and pass automated verification, and every package declares its validation tier honestly (auto → sim_validated → phys_validated → robot_cleared). No tier below robot_cleared has been validated on physical hardware. You are responsible for validating any procedure on your own hardware, with your own safety systems, before and during physical execution. OPERANDI data informs operation; it does not replace your safety engineering.
Keep your keys secret; you're responsible for use under them. No attempts to bypass metering, probe the service, or access other tenants' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Paid tiers are billed by Stripe on a monthly subscription; cancel any time and the tier lapses at period end. Prices may change with notice — never mid-period.
The service is provided as-is, without warranty, during early access. We aim for accuracy (and publish our verification numbers) but do not guarantee completeness or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
Ireland. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stands. Material changes will be noted here with a new date; continued use is acceptance.
